Refund policy

All our products are Handmade, and hand made one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process.

Due to the high cost of shipping Home Decor products, we do not permit exchange, return/ replacement of any product.

For broken pieces of products it is mandatory to share your unboxing order video clearly showing the broken product. Once approved the refund will be processed.
